András Bittsánszky is an agronomist, has a PhD in Plant Production and Horticulture. He has been researching the genetic and physiological responses of plants to various stresses. His current area of interest is food microbiology and food hygiene. His research focuses on the agricultural production and food processing, the primary goal is to bring safe and good quality food to our table.
Since 2022, he has been a part-time assistant professor at DFI.
