The Emerging Risk Exchange Network of EFSA (EREN) was established in 2010, facilitating the exchange of information and expertise and the coordination of activities among Member States. Furthermore, it built support and commitment of Member States to the emerging risks identification activities of EFSA.

The network meets twice a year. The next, 27th meeting will take place on 11-12 May 2022, as a physical meeting in Vienna and online.

The Hungarian members of the network are Ákos Jóźwiak and Zsuzsa Farkas, both colleagues of DFI.
