New online Master programme of Sustainable and Safe Food Production
The new online master prorgramme will be run jointly by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and the University of Copenhagen (UCPH).

In the new Master's programme in Sustainable and Safe Food Production, students will acquire the knowledge to make a balanced assessment of both the food safety and the sustainability aspects of specific production lines and final products. To participate in the training, students must have a minimum of two years of work experience in the food science and technology field.

Application is still open, with the first course starting in February 2022.
