We have a new publication
In connection with our work in the HOLiFOOD project, our latest publication on holistic risk assessment of food systems has been published.

HOLiFOOD is a Horizon Europe-funded project with the overall aim of developing an integrated food safety risk analysis framework in Europe. As part of the project, new holistic risk assessment methodologies will be implemented, taking into account environmental, economic and nutritional aspects in addition to food safety risk assessment.

In our new publication, we briefly reviewed and presented the different evaluation methods that have been used for a comprehensive analysis of food systems, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each method, and made recommendations for a multi-level approach combining different holistic evaluation methods.

The article was published in the journal Global Food Security under the title "Holistic risk assessments of food systems".
