The Almanac, available online since 2021, aims to provide professionals and the general public with an up-to-date, detailed overview of the public food and feed safety systems in different countries.

The Almanac, which currently includes profiles of 37 countries, is being developed with a lot of feedback: now anyone can help by filling in a short one-minute questionnaire.
