Article on our work on the identification of emerging risks is now available
We are pleased to announce the publication of a groundbreaking scientific article on the identification of emerging food safety risks.

The article presents the latest data analysis methods for the timely identification of potential emerging risks, as well as the process management system developed and implemented by the DFI team over the last 5 years.

Using these methods, we identified 58 emerging risks across 10 themes in 2020 and 2021, focusing on Hungary and the European Union. The main objective is to help authorities and industry actors to be prepared and act in time to avoid or mitigate future risks.
